All returns must be pre-approved in advance; please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible, usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return.

Return shipping costs back to us are the customer’s responsibility.

Emails indicating products were used for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy.

Products Eligible for Refunds:

• Any product that has not been opened or used.
• A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials).

This guarantee applies for 60 days beginning on the day tracking shows the order has been delivered. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange, however we will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
